Ethan has worked extensively in the UK solar sector and has also developed large-scale solar schemes in Europe, the United States and the Middle East. In 2014 he founded SST, a developer of utility-scale solar power plants.

Prior to working in renewable energy development, Ethan worked in fund management, equity analysis and corporate finance. He is also a qualified solicitor.

Gulya has successfully project-managed the development of and the communications for numerous UK renewable energy projects. Her development experience is complemented by her previous work in energy policy and energy communications, leading to a deep understanding of the technical, environmental, political and community issues associated with energy development.

She has worked at Gunsko, Partnerships for Renewables and the Stockholm Network.
